Roll For Love is a social platform for adults. By using this service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to interact respectfully with other users.

Account Rules

You are responsible for your account activity, keeping your credentials secure, and ensuring profile information is accurate.

Safety

Harassment, abuse, spam, impersonation, and underage access are prohibited. We may suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Roll For Love a license to host and display it for app functionality and moderation.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate policy or create platform risk.

Subscriptions & Billing

Premium memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the Customize page in your account.

Refunds: All subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are not provided. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@rollforlove.love within 14 days of the charge.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Roll For Love is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or any specific outcomes from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roll For Love and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $50.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
